Lou Browning
Lou Browning is President and CEO of Summit South Mortgage. He is primarily responsible for mortgage loan production and the overall strategic direction of the company.
Lou founded Summit South Mortgage in 2002 as a Mortgage Brokerage firm primarily focused on residential home loan origination. Over the years the company has evolved into Mortgage Bankers offering an expanded level of service including Commercial loans and Private Equity.
Lou has over 15 years’ experience and has closed over $750 million in mortgage loans during his career.
Lou is a Knoxville native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He currently lives in Knoxville with his wife Elizabeth, his son Louis IV and daughter Ella.
Chris Carini
Chris has over 9 years of experience in providing residential and commercial mortgages for his clients. Chris commitment to providing superior customer service has afforded him a quality reputation in the community.

Melanie Noe
Melanie is the Loan Processing Manager and Director of Operations for Summit South Mortgage. She is primarily responsible for mortgage loan processing and overseeing all operations of the company.
Melanie has been in the mortgage industry since 1998. She has extensive experience with all aspects of processing, closing and servicing mortgage loans. Melanie also is in charge of mortgage loan compliance.
Jenny Dubon
Jenny Dubon is the Marketing and Relationship manager, she offers a foundation of marketing, Public relations, and customer service gained throughout her professional experience.
She manage day to day marketing that ultimately increases loan portfolio, customer and employee satisfaction. She is highly motivated and relates effectively with individuals at all levels.
